The easiest, least complicated way of doing something is the best way. In aseptic processing this is especially true.  Veltek’s Easy2Gown garments offer an innovative fold which allows the gown to be easily donned with virtually no operator contact on the outside of the gown.

Veltek’s Easy2Gown is packaged using a unique, patented fold which was developed to minimize operator error and personal contact of the outside of the gown during the gowning process. Operators have fewer manipulations while donning this gown, and when properly trained, they have minimal chance to contaminate the outside of the gown. The gowning process is more efficient which translates to time savings in manufacturing.

The disposable polypropylene Easy2Gown garment is manufactured with VAI’s patented laminate to assure low particulate shedding and provide exceptional barrier retention. The soft, comfortable material is double stitched with bound edges to reduce particulate shedding, and has excellent chemical resistance. Sewn thumb loops, elastic at the wrists and ankles, and piped seams make the gowns easy to wear and eliminates the cumbersome shifting typical of other gowns. The zipper is covered with a fabric placket for added protection. Sterility for each triple bagged garment is assured at 10-6. Easy2gown garments are processed under ISO 5 conditions, double bagged and packaged with a case liner making it easy to remove the garments from the case while keeping the exterior of the bags sterile.
